Need a Vision","description":"

Most people want to be part of something bigger than themselves. What is the vision for your parish and why might people want to be part of it?

Vision and values are terms often talked about but rarely implemented within parishes. Without vision, congregations tend to look inward and talk (and sometimes bicker) about smaller things. We have an opportunity to develop and cast a vision to be part of something bigger than any of us could do on our own.

Values often become statements or words collecting dust on a plaque on a wall in most churches. We can do better than that! Values can drive behaviors that bring a sense of belonging within our community. In this course, we will look at how to craft a vision and set of values that can impact the culture in our parishes for years to come.

Part 3 of 4:

We Need Alignment
We Need to Face Outward
We Need a Vision
We Need a Plan
